This board is similar to the standard end-grain boards, but is a bit smaller, and rather than a lip to help get your vegetables off the board, it has an au jus groove to catch those tasty juices.

The groove also works well for dipping.

Read more about monogrammed end-grain boards here. On these smaller boards, generally a one-letter monogram will fit.

The board is big enough for a sizable steak. If you’re cooking more than one, you can either cut them individually and move them to a plate, or opt for a full-sized board with a groove.
